Discount Tire

Ordered tires online, made an appointment online. Very easy process. Got to the store earlier than the appointment time, was greeted and told they would get to my vehicle soon. Everyone was very nice. Technician came and talked to me about the tires. Got home and noticed that one tire was very low with air. Called the store and told them. The guy said I could come back but the store closed in 20 minutes,(I live 35 minutes away) or I could come in the morning. I explained that this was my main transportation. The guy put me on hold came back and said they would wait past closing for me. I got back. Jose and Mike were patiently waiting for me. They quickly diagnosed that it was the valve stem. They replaced it in record time, and were very polite and professional. Keep these guys DT!

These guys have their systems down! Ordered a set of four new tires, prices were reasonable and in line with all other retailers. I scheduled an appointment two days out and had no issues getting in or getting the tires I needed in. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted promptly, they took my car back and were done in about 15 minutes! I love to see an efficient and effective team, working together - I noticed they had a morning huddle meeting. Even during the service appointment, someone came out to greet me and discuss the timeline to complete the tire change. They did offer me additional services like an alignment or a warranty, but weren't pushy/salesy about it which is too common among car related retailers. Definitely recommend!

These men were super helpful! Never had service like this anywhere we’ve been before. They didnt pressure us to buy the most expensive tires or anything! Super helpful. We were super worried because we arent from around here but they were so kind and reassuring. Anyways 10/10 service!!🤟🏻

I took my car yesterday to discount tire to get a sensor changed out. They didn't secure my hubcaps properly and they left the pucks underneath. Seriously deficient and makes me wonder if they actually put the lug nuts on right. Real disappointing. Didn't put the cap back on my tire valve.

Came in with a trailer tire blowout. Gentleman at the front helped me find replacements for the 4 trailer tires (needed replacement). Price was extremely fair. The crew that worked on the trailer came out extremely fast and had them replaced in 30 minutes. Super impressed…hard to find good friendly help like that nowadays. Thanks all!

We had tire problems on our trip while stopping in Asheville and José went above and beyond to make sure our tires were safe and helped us get back on the road! Best Discount Tire we have been too. And we have shopped at Discount tire over 30 years! He even called to check on us after we had left.

Bixby but I used set of tires on Facebook marketplace and brought them to discount tire to put them on my truck. I made an appointment and arrived on time. They got me in, they did their job. They got me out. Way better than a doctor's visit.
